Project scope

Deliverables, timelines, revisions, and milestones should be confirmed before work begins.

Payments

Deposits, milestone payments, retainers, and final releases follow the approved proposal.

Ownership

Final approved assets transfer according to the agreed terms after full payment.

Support

Post-launch support is included only when listed in the proposal or retainer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Tech Dive Hub website, submitting an inquiry, approving a proposal, purchasing a service, or working with us on a project, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Services We Provide

Tech Dive Hub provides digital services including website development, branding, creative content, digital marketing, SEO, AI and automation systems, business technology, and related consulting.

The exact services, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, support period, and responsibilities for each project will be defined in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, or agreement.

3. Proposals, Scope, and Changes

A project starts after the client approves the scope, pricing, payment terms, and required kickoff materials.

Any work outside the approved scope may require a revised estimate, additional payment, or timeline adjustment.

Scope changes may include extra pages, new features, additional design options, integrations, automation workflows, urgent deadlines, or platform changes.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, brand assets, approvals, content, platform access, hosting access, account credentials, and feedback on time.

Delays in client feedback, missing materials, unavailable access, or major decision changes may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

The client confirms that any content, images, logos, copy, data, or materials supplied to Tech Dive Hub are legally usable and do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Payments, Invoices, and Late Fees

Project fees, deposits, retainers, milestone payments, and final balances are payable according to the approved proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and project booking payments are non-refundable because they reserve time, planning, and production capacity.

Final files, launch access, source code, credentials, and ownership transfer may be withheld until all outstanding payments are completed.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Included revisions are limited to the number and type described in the approved proposal. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

A revision means reasonable refinement of an approved direction. A full redesign, new concept, new feature, platform change, or major strategy change may be treated as additional scope.

Once a deliverable is approved by the client, later changes may require additional time and cost.

7. Timelines and Delivery

Estimated timelines are based on project complexity, client responsiveness, content availability, technical access, and approval speed.

Delivery dates may change due to scope changes, delayed feedback, third-party issues, technical blockers, or events outside reasonable control.

Urgent or priority delivery may require additional fees and written confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership

After full payment, ownership of final approved custom deliverables transfers to the client according to the approved agreement.

Tech Dive Hub may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, internal frameworks, reusable code, templates, know-how, processes, and non-client-specific systems used to create the work.

Draft concepts, rejected designs, unused strategy, internal files, and working materials remain the property of Tech Dive Hub unless separately agreed in writing.

Tech Dive Hub may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, proposals, and marketing unless a written confidentiality restriction is agreed.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, domains, CMS tools, analytics, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, AI tools, email services, automation platforms, fonts, stock assets, or SaaS products.

The client is responsible for third-party fees, subscriptions, renewals, licenses, platform policies, and account access unless otherwise agreed.

Tech Dive Hub is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, limitations, security issues, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms.

10. Confidentiality and Data

Both parties should treat confidential business information, login credentials, private documents, customer data, and unpublished project materials with reasonable care.

The client should avoid sending sensitive passwords through unsecured channels where possible.

Personal information submitted through the website or project communication is handled according to the Tech Dive Hub Privacy Policy.

11. Maintenance, Support, and Updates

Post-launch support is only included when clearly listed in the proposal, package, or retainer agreement.

Maintenance may include updates, backups, monitoring, bug fixes, content changes, security review, performance improvements, or ongoing consulting, depending on the plan.

New features, redesigns, third-party fixes, malware cleanup, platform migration, emergency support, or major content updates may be billed separately.

12. Cancellation, Pauses, and Termination

Either party may request to pause or cancel a project in writing. Fees already paid may be retained for work completed, planning, reserved production time, and administrative effort.

If a project is inactive due to missing client feedback, content, access, or approvals for an extended period, Tech Dive Hub may pause the project and reschedule remaining work based on availability.

Restarting a paused or abandoned project may require a restart fee, updated quote, or revised timeline.

13. Limitation of Liability

Tech Dive Hub provides services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, followers, conversions, funding, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Dive Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

Our total liability for any project or service is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Updates to These Terms

Tech Dive Hub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect business, legal, operational, or service changes.

The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
